Life & Leadership Coaching for Women

There is no shortage of pressure facing working moms today. We feel like we have to be all things to all people - and execute everything perfectly. No wonder so many of us ask ourselves, "Do I really have what it takes?"

I can answer that question for you: Yes, you do!

You know you struggle with perfectionism when:

  • You're highly critical of yourself.

  • You feel a sense of urgency to fix yourself or something in your life right away.

  • You struggle to make decisions due to worry and fear.

  • You look for external validation to feel better about yourself.

  • You can't seem to establish healthy boundaries because you're too afraid of disappointing people.

  • You want to escape.

My guess is you are also beating yourself up for wanting more out of life, feeling like you "should" be happy right where you are or that you "should" be more grateful for what you have. But what if the longing you feel is a stirring in your spirit put there by God to move you into a new position?

One conversation with me will bring you clarity and restore your hope for life looking different than it does today. I'm holding office hours every week for women just like you. Let's chat!

"Do not despise these small beginnings, for the lord rejoices to see the work begin."

My Supportive & Empowering Approach

I am a Jesus follower first and a certified professional coach second.

As your coach, I will help you understand who you are and why you are who you are and build clarity around the vision you have for your life and how you get there.

I am a coach because I want to help you learn a new way to do life - unbound from perfectionism and fear, unleashing your inner ambition and walking in full freedom of being all that God created you to be. Together, we will do work that helps you:

  • Uncover the “why” of your perfectionism story.

  • Become your strongest advocate instead of being your worst critic.

  • Recognize toxic thoughts and learn how to reframe them to create a positive mindset that propels you forward.

  • Improve your resiliency and adaptability by recognizing, understanding and working with your emotions instead of against them.

  • Break free from fear and self-doubt by learning to trust yourself and your ability to make challenging decisions and thrive despite any outcome.

  • Live life as the confident daughter of the One True King without needing validation from anyone.

If you are ready to bravely make your way in the world as the woman you were created to be, let’s have a conversation.

I was trained by one of the most prestigious coach training programs there is - the Institute for Professional Excellence in Coaching (iPEC). I also bring to the table my years of experience in personal development, spiritual formation and my deep knowledge of and love for God's Word.
