I want you to know you are worthy.

Every woman eventually reaches an inflection point when she can simply no longer tolerate living a life that doesn't reflect who she truly is.

Brené Brown calls it a "midlife unraveling" - a time when you feel a desperate pull to live the life you want to live, not the life you're "supposed" to live. It's a time to let go of who you think you are supposed to be and embrace who you are.

I would add onto that: Who God created you to be.

I understand what it's like to get to the middle of your life and be overwhelmed by the realization that things aren’t turning out the way you expected. I arrived at that place of realization in shattered pieces, limping along in remnants of who I dreamed of becoming. I found myself lost and feeling very alone in my brokenness.

I tried to fix my life on my own, but I eventually got to the end of myself - and that's where I found Jesus again.

In June 2015, I bought my first study Bible and began getting up early every morning to meet with God  and read His Word (a practice I remain committed to six years later). Sitting there day after day with clasped hands laying across tear-stained pages, Jesus broke into my life on a personal and lovingly-orchestrated rescue mission. He found me in that dark place and quite literally carried me out into the light of His Truth.

Just a few short months later, I began feeling God calling me to share Him with others. Despite feeling unworthy, His gentle words were, "just provide a place" (for women in need). Little did I know that five years later, I would do just that. I would walk away from my corporate job - and all of the security and comfort it provided - to follow God's call to minister to women in the form of coaching.

My mission is to help a generation of women make Jesus the center of their life so that they can lead by faith rather than fear and walk in freedom of being all that God has created them to be.

I am a warrior just like you. Our minds are a battlefield, and I'm out here fighting to take back enemy territory. If, like me, you struggle with perfectionism and all the baggage that comes with it - anxiety, harsh self-criticism, imposter syndrome and fear-driven decision-making - I can help you.

My healing journey continues, and every day I'm doing the work you'll have to do. I pledge that I will be there to support you every step of the way.

You have the answers you seek because you are indwelt with the Holy Spirit. My job as your coach is to support you in discovering your own knowing and move you into action.

God created you on purpose, for a purpose. You are worthy, and it's time to live like it. Are you ready?

Much love,
