Let's do life in a new way.

I know what it’s like to carry around the crushing weight of perfectionism. So do you.

In my former career, I looked great on paper. Checking all the boxes and hitting all the metrics. I was consistently the highest performer on the team, and my bosses always loved me.

But despite how “together” I was on the outside, on the inside I was completely terrified. Like, all the time.

I thought it was just a matter of time until something I did resulted in someone telling me I wasn't good enough and that I no longer belonged. Perhaps even more terrifying, I had no hope that life could look any different, and I beat myself up for not being able to just get it together. The pressure I put on myself continued building until I eventually burned out and walked away from my six-figure job.

And that's when my life coaching journey began. It's as if God said to me, "Daughter, I'm going to teach you a new way to do life." And He has.

Working with my own coach, I’ve done the work of uncovering the stories I started telling myself years ago about what I had to do to stay safe and be "good enough" to belong. I have identified the fears I was running away from and see clearly how I coped by working harder, running faster and digging deeper. I have connected the dots between the wounds I experienced as a child and my intense fear of abandonment.

Everything finally made sense, and I didn't have to run so hard anymore.

My life looks totally different now: I no longer believe I have to be perfect in order to be worthy, I'm not living in constant fear that I will disappoint someone I care about, and I am able to move through difficult emotions in healthy ways. Most importantly, I am a different mother - moving toward healing and wholeness, I have so much more of who I am to offer my child.

I want the same for you, and I believe God has brought me to this place to help you get there.

The work we do in coaching is holy work because you will uncover the stories you've believed about yourself, develop a greater understanding of how those stories are impacting how you show up in your life, and ultimately align your beliefs with His Truth about who you are. As your coach, I will step into the wilderness with you as learn how to navigate life in a new way.

Imagine if you could bravely make your way in the world as the woman you were created to be. Wow, that's something I'd like to see.

Much love,

"For nothing will be impossible with God."
